Kirana बीजक ("we", "our", "the service") is a product of Kunwwer.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use kiranarating.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect. When you register a shop, we collect your shop name, owner name, mobile number, and email address. As you use the service, we store the bills you create, the products you add to your inventory, and the customer credit (Udhaar) records you enter. Our servers also record standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — which is common to every website and helps us keep the service running.

Why we collect it. Your shop and billing data is what the service exists to store and organise for you. Your contact information lets us reach you about your account. Technical logs help us diagnose errors and improve performance.

Where it lives.Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore database) and served through Vercel's infrastructure. Both providers are contractually bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Who else sees it.Only you and the owner(s) of your shop account can see your shop's data. We do not share it with advertisers, third-party analytics vendors, or other shopkeepers. Our engineers may access aggregated logs for debugging, and only support staff may access your specific data if you contact us with a support request — never otherwise.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email support@kunwwer.ai.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date below and notify active users by email if the changes are significant.
