These Terms govern your use of Kirana बीजक (kiranarating.com), operated by Kunwwer.ai. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service. Kirana बीजक is a mobile billing, inventory, and customer credit tool for kirana (grocery) shops in India. You use it to run your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — including prices, tax rates, customer details, and payment records — and for any tax filings, invoices, or business decisions you make using the service.

Your account.You must register with accurate information. Keep your login credentials secure — activity on your account is your responsibility. Do not use another shop's account, and do not create multiple accounts to evade limits.

Subscription and payment. Kirana बीजक is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and terms are shown at signup and may change with notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

Acceptable use.You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, to store data that isn't yours to store, to reverse-engineer or attack the service, or to abuse it in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Ownership. We own the software and the Kirana बीजक brand. You own the shop data you enter. You grant us the technical permission to store, process, and back up your data solely to provide the service to you.

No warranty.The service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that it will meet every specific business requirement. See our Disclaimer for more.

Limitation of liability.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunwwer.ai's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination. You can close your account any time. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
