Refunds Policy

Kirana बीजक is offered on a subscription basis by Kunwwer.ai.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@kunwwer.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.

Refunds. No refund is issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed. You will not be billed for subsequent cycles after cancellation.

Extraordinary circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside this policy — for example, a serious service outage or a billing error — contact support@kunwwer.ai and we will review your case individually.

Free trial. New shops may be offered a free trial period. If a paid subscription is not started at the end of the trial, no charges are made.
